About Us

We believe clothing should move with life, not compete with it.

Our pieces are designed for transition — for those who flow between movement and stillness, between discipline and spontaneity. From early mornings to late nights, from studios to streets, from one city to the next.

This is not activewear in the conventional sense. Nor is it fashion driven by seasons or trends. It is a considered uniform: refined, versatile, and built for permanence.

We create less, intentionally. New pieces are introduced only when they are essential, never when the calendar demands it. Every design prioritizes longevity, utility, and restraint.

Our philosophy challenges the cycle of disposable consumption. We value ownership over accumulation, presence over excess, and quality over novelty. The goal is not to encourage buying, but to elevate how people engage with what they choose to own.

More than a brand, this is a shift in perspective — a movement toward intentional wear and enduring design.

Quiet. Purposeful. Necessary.

The concept of Mon New York begun a few years back while exploring the world as a flight attendant. Having to live months out of a suitcase forced me to learn a lot about not only who I was as a person, but my style. As a person who has always been passionate about fashion and staying active, I found it difficult to navigate between the two. I was having to choose between feeling comfortable and being in tune with my personal style. As time went on I continued to find a balance of silhouettes and comfort. Often these pieces consisted of neutral colors, basic shapes, and overall understated. Don’t get me wrong I love a good basic, but I knew there was potential for more. There was a gap in the space of activewear. As time went on, I found myself in a whole new chapter in my life. I was no longer a flight attendant. I was a 20 something year old living in Austin, Texas. My lifestyle was different, yet zI still had the same issues. The thing about Austin that I adore so much, is the balance between city and nature. Within a day, I found myself running with my dog, to going to meetings throughout the day, to an evening swim and then a concert at dawn. With this schedule I was constantly rushing to and from my house, searching for the right outfit for the right activity. I often felt like I was playing dress up. In these moments, that same though dawned upon my thoughts “what if there was a balance between my day to night outfits”. “When if I were able to wear something to brunch, then immediately go workout?”. At this time, I was more in tune with fashion, due to the space I now had to be able to experiment. This created inspiration.
